The private onsen was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, no crowds, just pure relaxation. Access is super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. "The staff were all really nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bar has a lot of options. They also offer a shared dinner, up to 10 people per night, and that was a great experience with a great group of people. We would stay here again in the future!"

"No elevator, carrying luggages to 3rd floor with no staff to help was hard. Location is excellent 2 min from Gora station and cable car to major attraction in Hakone is a plus. Any food or bus stops are 12-14 min walk but the only way is through a very hard long stairs."
