"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"We reported a profusely leaking showerhead and our bed frame being broken the morning after check in. They told us they would address it and never did. I reported it again and that we needed our room cleaned a couple days later. Nothing happened. Then I got a text asking how my stay was going and I reported all of the above and was told they were understaffed and got no follow up. "Extended stay was good for one night but I would never do an extended stay more than that especially if I am a laborer working away from home when the breakfast is a grab and go, a muffin and coffee only."

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."
