"I left a list of six complaints at the check out desk when I left. There should have been a seventh since the check out desk was unmanned (the check out desk attendant was also serving the breakfast foods)"

"Great price and nice staff, this is my fourth stay. Every time there is some sort of issue though ,last time wasn't their fault, a local power outage. Each time though there has been an excruciating noise from the elevator mechanical room, you're lucky if the HVAC works. A sheet was on the window which didn't do much for The highway signage light, the traffic and parking lot lights. The mattress is very firm and I could feel springs or something and it was very uncomfortable. I didn't notice till the morning but the linens were all stained and I think I found some burn marks too. Furniture was falling apart and broken, looks like they were in, made it remodel and just quit. I didn't bother saying anything because I'm always told they're all out of rooms even though they have a parking lot mostly empty Well I was looking for a dirt cheap price. This is often a conversation for us, it's very convenient for me but not getting any rest and tossing and turning all night Kind of sucks. If I am in a box I might give him a shot again, but the next time will probably be another property close by."

"Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point. The biggest letdown was the view - as vou can see in the photos, it's basically a parking lot with a dumpster area. There's no atmosphere, no appeal, nothing you'd expect from a Marriott property. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and completely overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again. Much cheaper hampton inn across the street"

"I just moved to Pittsburgh and choice this establishment due to the pictures and claims of renovated rooms. The room we got was so filthy with mold, sticky floors and surfaces that we couldn’t stay there. Luckily the front desk allowed us to view the room and gave us an option if we would like to stay or not. That was the only plus of this place!! "

"Convenient to where we were for New Year celebrations "

"Hotel front desk and valet were professional and friendly. I ordered a takeout burger from the rooftop restaurant, and it was delicious, done just right, five stars! Our room was immaculately clean and compactly comfortable. We were on the first floor so heard traffic a bit but it wasn’t too bad. (May have seen ghost shapes in the room in the wee hours, but felt nothing to worry about, fell right back to sleep. What did this building used to be?)"
