"The hotel and amenities were ok. The property was clean and comfortable; however, the staff were unbothered and not very engaging. It’s a perfect location though if you’re intending to shop at Dadeland Mall. In terms of value for money I’d say no, because no perks like complimentary breakfast etc. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and I didn’t feel special. I would not stay back at this hotel."

"Upon arrival valet parking was terrible all the entrance was blocked off with vehicles. When I asked at the front desk gentlemen seemed flustered and didn’t seem like they had a plan to execute. Associate claimed they had more then usual check ins (weird for a Friday ; thought this would be previously arranged with a plan to execute) room felt muggy , AC was not cool enough despite turning down the temperature and the AC made a rattling noise all night everyone or shut off. Small beds and odor...

"Small boutique Hotel in a great location. There is a vintage elevator and some stairs to maneuver around , but if you like vintage its wonderful. My only issue woukd be parking, you basically have to street park as there is no hotel parking and being a lively area of the Gables you have to deal with meters, which you have to remember to pay for in AM when you wake up, or you get a ticket. If these things are not an issue I would recommend this hotel if you like boutique spots. Cheers"

"This is a great hotel and it is in a great location with numerous restaurants and shops very walkable. Our two-story room was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. We will definitely come back to this hotel."
