"Wonderful staff, large clean room with comfortable beds made our stay very pleasant. The burger restaurant was delicious and the servers were wonderful and very attentive. Easy access back onto highway was a plus."

"The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though."

"There is No Swimming Pool There is No Hot Tub. The listing on Expedia is wrong! The woman at the front desk (Sherri) was helpful, but she stated Expedia hasn't removed the pool/hot tub information....Expedia said it was the fault of the hotel. I was traveling from out of state with my 3 kids and a pool is almost a requirement for us. So when we were surprised to learn that there isn't a pool, it was a big situation. It was a struggle to get a refund or for Expedia to find an alternative...

On one hand, the front desk team during the afternoon and evening shifts was absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent, attentive, and welcoming service that truly enhanced my stay.
