"Very cool to be near so many things we wanted to do. Very small room but we expected that being downtown NYC. Could have used a refrigerator and some drawers or a cabinet in the bathroom. Otherwise we are happy to have stayed there. Will stay again planning ahead knowing the short-comings."

"Junior, the hotel clerk that checked us in was very welcoming. Jenny the gift shop hostess was super kind and helpful.
The location was near Broadway and the rooms were comfortable and well serviced.
Definitely a 5 star experience 😀"

"I was disappointed when I got a glass of chardonnay from the bar and noticed he used a minuscule carafe to measure how much wine to put in the glass. I thought it was a joke. Then I got the bill . I mentioned that was a very small amount of wine for the price and his response was 'I only work here'.
So suggestion for other travelers, order your glass of wine off property unless you are on an expense account that covers alcohol."
