"NO WORKING WINDOWS The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. "My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. "Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."
