"Everything was good except one of the queen beds was sloped to one side of about 2 inches. So i kept waking up on the other side almost off the bed. Pillows wedged helped stay put in one spot. Food was good for breakfast. Kind of small room with only one desk wuth a chair. No comfy chair. Shower had good pressure. Nice quiet location."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are going through a switch over of owner so should get better than what I will be saying. The cleaning service is out sourced and have a lack of communication with staff took over 2 hrs to get in room after check in time because of cleaning not being done. Was put in a room that computer said was ours then next day was locked out of room after going to get breakfast and do a little shopping. Had to switch rooms because the computer system messed it...

"Had to pay for breakfast. Was not aware of that when we reserved the room. The pool was shut down mid way through our stay and the slides were not in working order"

"The room was clean, indoor pool nice Jacuzzi tub was amazing. Outdoor pool was being serviced the day we arrived. Staff was nice, however the other visitors smoking right outside the door instead of in designated smoking areas (especially when there is a gap at the bottom of the door) isn't the best look (or smell for someone who is allergic to smoke). We'd stay again, but probably pick an inside corridor room instead of an outside room."

"Very vibey property! Everything outdoors is so well done. Loved the rooms and the “storeroom” downstairs. Drinks and coffee bar were wonderful! Beds were so comfy, for sure will be back!!"

"I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated...

"The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately"

"Everything was perfect, it is located in a nice kinda secluded area, it really isn't a place to take children. Great for a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere."

"I dont think our room was cleaned before our stay. Pet bowls were left out, trash in the trash can, towels still in drier and black dog hairs everywhere. Master bedroom tv did not work and found the living room tv remote buried in the couch cushions. Kids complained of pillows smelled like cigarettes and dog hair in bed. Room was conveniently located and felt secluded"
