"It's an e/xcellent hotel for those who want to shop in Terminal 21 and want to use Sky Train for transportation. Very central. It has very large rooms with the city view. Our room also had a micro. Good, varied breakfast. Continental, Chinese and Indian. Nice, large pool area. We'd love to come back."

"Clean, very nice staff, facility a bit worn down for 5-stars hotel. Shuttle to town is limited hours and requires 2 days for airport, very disappointing. Elevators are not synced so a lot of no-passenger stops. A bit of a walk from Blue Line and BTS (BKK Airport) train routes—the lines are not linked so you need to buy tickets with each train line. Traffic is bad so best to book close to a train station."

"Great Breakfest Buffet - Clean room and Bed good nice sheets 5 star the overall location excellent close to everything walkable the Lobby just re done -looks great fully stocked mini bar great house keeping it might time to update some of furniture in the rooms just to fresh up the look a bit but again pricing is key today as traveler were all on budget more value more service today is key to keep my business at the same hotel year after year - lighting air con great Pool easy clean nice for the Value and Location and food a 8 Plus plus 7-11 right across the street and lots of food and entertainment options 5 mins walk yes you can stay other places but location and value and service is key today as a world travel in music business "

"Overall the stay was nice, rooms were quite even staying next to elevators and corner room, my only down side was option for breakfast not too many vegetarian options everything had meat in it, the chef was nice enough to make me stir- fry daily which one reason I thought this hotel had waffles or basic breakfast but I was fine with what I got, second day my hot water was gone, cold showers for next 4 days (not bad if you turn off a/c and open up door) but the staff was so nice and accommodating, overall I still had a good stay, made the best of it"
