"Excellent Experience."

"Booked this hotel to go to several Royals games. Was so pleasantly suprised by the lovely property surrounding it. Great for walking and jogging, a small lake and little waterfall as well as super safe neighborhood. The hotel itself is very cute and clean. Staff was very helpful. Hotel also has a small bar and restaurant. Room had both a dorm size fridge and microwave. Would stay again 💯."

"I booked and paid for our World Cup room through Expedia in May. Upon arriving I had to provide my credit card for incidentals. The hotel was.clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Our World Cup experience was great. Then I get home and found out the hotel charged me for the room a second time. The room was $1100 so getting charged a second time is a little rough. I have called customer service twice without any resolution. I have called...

"The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!"

"This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here."

"Terrible experience, the worst experience, not just bad, was a disaster. First, the photos differ vastly from what we actually found upon arrival, and considering the price seemed excessive. At check-in the rooms were located very far apart. Key cards didn't work, so going back to the front desk to solve the issue.
