"This place was INCREDIBLE! Out of a story book! Absolutely gorgeous property and rooms. Everything was spotless and so cozy! We were provided with everything we needed and more! Lovely home made breakfast daily as well as coffee. The only downside was having to leave!!! Staff was also so accommodating. Thank you!! We will be back!"

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Unser Apartment war eine Maisonette mit viel Platz und einer grossen Terrasse. Der gepflegte Garten, der schöne Pool und der Blick auf San Gimignano war einfach toll! Lediglich die Moskitos waren nervig aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Man ist halt mitten in der Natur. "The directions on Expedia were incorrect, did not receive check-in instructions until 1:48 am night AFTER we were suppose to arrive. Remote area so not easy to find. Friendly local helped us and happened to know the caretaker or we would have never found it. It was not the entire home as advertised, it was a basement of a house, noisy upstairs.
