"We very much enjoyed staying at Villa la Stella.It s in an excellent location up on the hills with beautiful views over Florence and toucan hills and very close to the town via de bus stop located outside the hotel. A big and huge plus is that u have car park because this is a big issue/problem in Florence !! The staff were extremely helpful and arrange for us to check in after hours because we arrived very late. The service at breakfast was really nice and the guy from Honduras(we didn't ask...

"Very clean, spacious apartment with a great kitchen and large bedroom and bed. Had a washer in the unit which was nice to refresh clothes as traveling. Close to a grocery and restaurants. Would definitely rent this unit again!"

"Check in process wasn’t bad. The room was just enough for what we needed. The a/c is not the best. The real problem was when we got locked out of our room and we called for someone to fix the lock, initially, someone came out to check the lock, he established it was inoperable, said he’d be back to fix it the next day and never showed up.
