"Struttura davvero graziosa e ben mantenuta, dagli interni al giardino. Personale davvero cortese, hanno accontentato praticamente tutte le mie richieste. Francis è di una gentilezza, cortesia ed empatia davvero eccezionali. Colazione con prodotti freschi e vari, possibilità di sgranocchiare qualcosa al bar, ad esempio una pinsa. Esperienza decisamente positiva."

"Wonderful location! Very convenient to all the major attractions. The hotel was a 7 mins walk to the metro, close to the taxi stop and buses. The rooms are bigger and better than the pics. The amenities are great as well - we received free water, tea, coffee pods, slippers, shampoo etc. The beds are also really comfortable. Overall great stay and great for families. There’s no room service (which we don’t mind and like!), noise from construction, some mosquitoes coming in from outdoors because...

"I’ll start with the pros - great location, large rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent communication. The cons - no kettle provided (I was told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea), no shampoo or any other amenities provided (apart from hand soap) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights (but more was delivered when I asked for it), coffee machine didn’t work (or maybe we couldn’t work it out). What to be aware of - there are 3 bedrooms but only one has a...
