The staff were great with communication even before our arrival with providing details on check in and they were nice and friendly upon arrival and even carried all our luggage upstairs for us. "My first time in Siena and this Rooming House turned out to be a great choice. The view onto the piazza is a real bonus, as is the great location in the heart of the city. "The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...).
