"wifi is great. Do not use the shuttle service! Both directions to and from Greyline gave us problems and some run around about why the shuttle wasn't available or we could pay more money to be on time to the airport (the shuttle driver himself did that) after we were on the way..... it felt dirty"

If you’re looking for a relaxing place you can walk anywhere on in 5 minutes or less with beautiful sunrises, this is the place for you. "

"The resort itself was clean and landscaping was well maintained. I was very disappointed in our check in process. We checked in early which the resort was extremely accommodating of. It was not busy at the check in counter, and staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than welcoming the 2 parties ( 1 of which was us) into the resort. It was very brief with very limited explanation of amenities. Our last evening there, I asked a front desk staff member about renting a taxi to take us to the marina. We were told they could NOT pick us up in front of the resort, we would need to walk down to the main road. I didn't feel like doing that at 8:00 and then having to walk back late in the evening. However, when we were waiting for transportation back to the airport, there is a permanent stand that is staffed where they arrange for taxis to take you to local sites. I asked and he said they absolutely come to the front of the resort, that was his job. How frustrating to find this out the day of departure, especially when I specifically asked. Staff in the buffet were not friendly, and rarely came to our table to refill drinks, however, tips are expected. Again, resort facility was great. "

"My daughter and I had so much fun on our two short days at this lovely, beachy, fun resort. The staff was friendly and helpful at every step of the way, the grounds were beautiful, the food was tasty and plentiful and the activities were really fun (or it was also lovely to sit back and do nothing). We will definitely be back!!"
