"ice machine did not work, only one in whole building, had to put towels in hallway everyday and they would leave a bag of clean ones in hallway, no safe in rooms, lights on elevator don’t lite up on any floor and don’t light up inside elevator either, not sure what floor it was stopping at. The pool has 8 lounge chairs total, hotel can hold over 300 people but has only 8 chairs."

"Super cute older hotel. They have a lot of cute updated features that make it so cute. I loved the pool and hot tub hours!!! They are actually open late! They had live music by the pool, with very nice cabanas. And free wine tasting Saturday night. The dinner cruise out of Zephyr cove picks you up outside the hotel. The location is perfect. Two blocks to the gondola, and two blocks to the beach. There is a very good restaurant and bar attached to the property, and they are pet friendly."

"The property had a good location. The bathroom faucet did not have working hot water, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and they did not have signs in there front parking lot notifying non-electric cars to not park in the two designated parking stalls. We had to park in a rear lot and it only had one working charger."

"My wife and I regularly book rooms. And for the price, room was okay. However, with just a little TLC the room could have been much nicer. First off, carpet retains germs.
It also seems that at some time room 44 had two beds. However, the bed in the room now was jammed so close to the heating/air unit, that even a small person would have difficulty getting in and out of the bed the way it was positioned.
Therefore, move the wall mount head board in line with bed and place night stands on...

"For $360/night this was a disappointment. Very few amenities. Most amenities are not available beyond 7pm. Pretty lackluster grounds. The interior courtyard looks very much like a kid’s summer camp.
