"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During our stay, the window panel unexpectedly came out of the frame and fell into the room. This is an extremely serious safety hazard. As you can see from the attached photo, the entire window panel ended up inside the room. My friend was scratched when it happened.
What made the situation even worse was how the hotel handled it. Instead of focusing on guest safety or investigating what happened, they immediately blamed me and demanded...

"Very good location with private beach. Property is old and needs updates. No AC but they provide pedal fans in room. No locker box in room but you can use one at the reception.

"My wife and I regularly book rooms. And for the price, room was okay. However, with just a little TLC the room could have been much nicer. First off, carpet retains germs.
It also seems that at some time room 44 had two beds. However, the bed in the room now was jammed so close to the heating/air unit, that even a small person would have difficulty getting in and out of the bed the way it was positioned.
Therefore, move the wall mount head board in line with bed and place night stands on...

"I really wanted to like this place it's pretty run down. The inside rooms are updated so they're okay. Beds were pretty hard. Half the outlets in the bedroom did not work. And the breakfast I don't even think I would give it a zero sorry went down there there was hardly anything left coffee creamer was completely out the coffee was like mud. I would say the staff was awesome though. Additionally FYI the charger in the parking lot is for only Tesla's"
