"Very clean room and cozy bed (which is very important!). They have great restaurants right next door (including Elements which is dog-friendly!) with a discount just for staying at the hotel. They have the lake right across the street too. There was also an elevator which was helpful. To get in, you need your key card so it adds extra security. "The location of this place is beyond perfect. The views you get of the lake from the balcony is what you pay for. The property itself is very well maintained. Clean rooms, comfortable accommodations. Will surely come back to stay here. The outdoor firepit is excellent and is a great place to sit by through the evening into night. Between the balcony, the firepit and the pool, you can have a most relaxing vacation without ever leaving the property. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well...

"Noise from the road makes it impossible to sleep, I needed earplugs. The matress is old and uncomfortable, the pillows are also bad. No A/C, the portable fan just pushes hot air around on hot days. Shower head was the height of my chin (I’m 5’6), tub didn’t drain water and our room had no hair dryer. No staff on site, I called their number 5 times on different days and no one picked up. Horrible place, will never stay again."

"The sink faucet was worn out.. It should work easy to turn on . The shower head should be replaced.
