"Very pleasant overall. A very cozy room with a fireplace, microwave, fridge and tv. Everything about it was pleasant. It is right on the main highway, but traffic is light right there. Highly recommend. ,"

"I was very happy with this hotel! This is my first time in Sonora so I didn't know what to expect and this hotel tomorrow to be a wonderful place to stay and the staff is so nice and very helpful. They offer snacks and refrigerated drinks in the lobby, the rooms and property are clean well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The room was not clean. There was a dirty duvet on the bed. When we arrived. There were dirty decorative pillows on the bed. There was a crush can from the previous guest under the couch. The TV was poor quality amenities were limited. The breakfast was terrible the only thing saving Grace was you could make a waffle. The Furniture was questionable to sit safely. We understand it's a historic hotel but the service and the quality of furniture doesn't have to be historic."

"The 1884 hotel is well situated in the village, includes a secure car park at rear. However, lacks so much to comply with basic of modern requirements, there is no elevator and my wife needs walker and sticks! Rooms are accessed up a dated staircase, additionally access from hotels carpark is down steep stair, no handrail. Indoor Dining and bar are shut down for season no staff but apparently coming soon? Our room "Adobe Suite" is just barely acceptable, no hanging closet but plenty of drawer...

"Finn and Alexandria are wonderful. Before we arrived they were taking care of us. They let us know what we needed to do to park, how to get in if we arrived late. They always had a pleasant greeting and they took care of everything we wanted and needed. It was like visiting an old friend with a guest house that they allowed you to stay in. Great experience. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while we visited the wonders of Yosemite."

Breakfast were marginally healthy w a basket of grocery store bought products: packaged muffins, bottled juice (apple +), sugary cereals, etc. it was helped by including milk, oranges, apples, bananas, and 2 boiled eggs (overcooked w green rings) for the 3 mornings."

"I stayed in room 244, they called it the dungeon. It was super loud next to an exit door and there was utility staff at 6:30am walking around exiting and you can hear everything so loudly. Also, you need to take stairs to get to this room. I have a bad back and had to carry my luggage down sets of stairs. I should have been offered a room where I didn’t have to use physical stairs to carry my luggage or they should have offered bell service to carry it. There were plenty of rooms on the 2nd...
