"A few things during our one night stay. The telephone at the room did not work. When we arrive around 8 PM the sofa bed for our kids that were half asleep was not ready. We called and their response was that they needed to do the Emirates airlines crew rooms turnover first before being able to go and do our sofa bed. We ask just for the sheets in order to expedite it. But it took them an hour for them to deliver everything."

"We love to stay in this hotel when we come to Edinburgh. The rooms are so comfortable and well throught through. We also love having a glass of champagne in the bar whilst watching the sun set over the Edinburgh skyline. Make sure you get full value from your stay with the complimentary mini-bar and in-room coffee maker, etc."

"Everything was great about the hotel - location, the look and feel, was comfortable, reasonably priced and lived you could get hassle free late checkout at an honest price.
However, two things really aggravated me. 1. The gentleman that checked me in was silently rude and unfriendly, I had just come of a long flight and train ride to him making me feel like I have inconvenienced me.
Secondly, I was in a building that was 2 houses away being a solo female there was no guidance to help usher me...
