Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. "Nice rooms situated around small courtyards with fountains and fragrant vines (Jasmine?). A quiet oasis away from the busy streets of the city. Breakfast was very nice with both European and western food. Always had buffet to ourselves. The hotel was the best part of our visit to Firenze! Good restaurants close by and staff made good recommendations."
