"We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...

"It was clean and updated. A little noisy from the gas station across the street and the highway. Request a room towards the back. Friendly staff and clean rooms. "

"Both rooms were not properly cleaned. Bathroom had mold and mildew on ceiling’s. Ac/heat would not turn on. Was unable to get resolution since due to it being late. Not meeting the ratings or expectations or general cleanliness. "

"Eating breakfast while we watched the sunrise was unforgettable. The entire hotel smells great, like a spa. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and property was spotless. The one drawback is the pool area. It’s a little snug in terms of available seating, and towels were an issue."

"Spectacular property with beautiful views and close to great venues. The on property restaurant and bar area were just as good. Our suite was spacious and had a outdoor patio and views of the river. "

"The Dwell is quaint and full of character at the same time. Staff members were top notch in every way. Drink menu downstairs was solid and bartenders were superb. Will visit again and this will be where I stay again. "

"I loved the location and the staff was quite nice. Breakfast was good. Everything seemed clean and newer. My only complaint is my room smelled strongly of dog. Particularly the bed. Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much. "

"The property was okay. We felt like we could not get good sleep. The walls are extremely thin you can hear the next room and upstairs. You can also hear everyone by the pool and workers early. "

"Property could use a few upgrades such as shower rails being fixed, carpet stains cleaned and definitely needs new mattresses. Other than that, it was pretty good. Indoor pool & fitness center was nice. "
