The driver than indicated the correct place where I was supposed to meet him. When I got to the hotel the confusion was never acknowledged nor I received an apology. "

"Worst experience ever got a room on the third floor elevators weren’t working. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with small children. Sofa bed was stained with mold."
