There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. "The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"The bathroom was so small I had to squeeze in next to the toilet to open the door to get in/out. Carpet in the room felt gross under my feet. Both outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Bed was sub standard, not plush at all, it was loud like it would pop when you got in. Pillows were flat. Breakfast was exactly what I would expect of a free breakfast, edible and nothing more. I used to like and look for holiday inn express but I think I will try to find another option"
