"Staff couldn’t get tv to work. No toilet paper. Heater was difficult for staff to work properly. Not a great location either. Beds were okay"

The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s.
