"Wow! What a hotel, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left, everything was superb.
The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them, greeting you at the door and collecting your luggage, parking your car, a hello and a smile from everyone you met.
Our room was excellent, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a loo that lifted its own lid and had a heated seat, which my wife thought was wonderful!
The restaurant we had dinner in, Fletchers, was excellent. The food was...

"What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning!
We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊"

"Really lovely hotel, room was excellent. staff at breakfast really nice, food was good.
Only thing I would say is the reception staff were not very friendly on arrival or check out. £36 for parking from Saturday at 12pm until Monday at 10am.. Is a bit extreme.."
