"It is a 2* hotel on a side of a fairly busy A road - one cannot expect a Savoy. It was clean, warm, the room quite large and comfortable, the staff kind and friendy, plenty of parking, easy distance to where we needed to be. Breakfast - a toast with jam or marmalade available by the reception. Included in the price of a £50 room I considered it a nice extra rather than breakfast I should rate for variety or quality. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The room was lovely, nice and big and well decorated. Lovely bathroom too. The pub was great, we only had a couple of drinks and breakfast but no complaints. The only small thing is we only had one bath towel in our room, we intended on running downstairs to ask for another one but ran out of time before we head to head out. "

The young lady (who seemed quite new) on the reception desk was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, despite being honest that she was new and it might take a little time to sort a few things.
