I liked the parking area and room was alright. I didn’t like how I had to wait for almost an hour for somebody to check me in and the Wi-Fi wasnt working. The stay overall was decent.

Wouldnt stay here again, rooms where dirty, faucet was running all night. Paid for 2 rooms in which the second room the bed sheets had blood. Never again will we be staying here.

When I got there to check in I had to wait for over 15 minutes for anyone to come to the crony desk. The headboard from one of the beds was off but just there in the room against the small fridge. Sheets were dirty. At check out they didn't even have coffee ready

I had to kill 3 roaches in my room the first night. Then another dozen before I left the room for the day. I couldn't get anyone on the phone and had to leave a message so I packed up all my stuff and indicated I needed another on the second night on the voicemail. I also said I would not be back until late. When I got back they had done nothing, and only had an automated kiosk for assistance. Other guests were having trouble with the kiosk and were told by a virtual attendant that someone was coming to help them. After more than an hour, I demanded a refund for the night and went elsewhere. During the time while I was waiting there was even a roach crawling on the wall behind the kiosk.

Reserved a king size with a microwave and refrigerator, got 2 queens with no microwave or refrigerator. When we went back and talked to the staff, we were told they only work there they couldn’t help us. Bathroom sink was broken. Washcloths were dingy. Entire cleaning staff walked out our second day there. Piles of dirty laundry in the hallway. Would recommend that you stay at any other hotel than this one.

There wasn’t a shower curtain, the towels had handprints on them, the door would close but wouldn’t lock, and you’re better off just going camping.

Our stay at your Motel was very Unsatisfactory!! The linen needed to be changed, the sink splatter water when turned on, the shower didn’t work , the ceiling above the shower looked like it was falling , the microwave was old and looked dirty.
