"Front desk staff upon arrival was welcoming very helpful and courteous. Maintenance people helped us with our key. Plenty of parking. Overall good experience. Only con was the sofa bed had what appeared to be like two yellow pee stains on the mattress. And the breakfast is like two stars. "

"This is an older hotel, but the rooms are very nice and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The offerings at breakfast, which is included, offer more choices than most. There is road noise from the busy highway, but all of the hotels in the area have the same issue. It was nice here that there was a noise machine in the room."

"Breakfast was a little pricey for the buffet. Pool was clean, rooms were great. They came in and cleaned everyday when we were gone, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Staff were friendly, hotel was quiet. Would stay again."

"The kitchen was equipped for light cooking. There is a walking area outside. Walking outside of the back entrance the grounds were littered with cigarette butts which are not friendly to dogs. You pay almost as much for the pet fee as you do for the nights stay the grounds should be monitored for cleanliness for people and pets. The area is great. "

"2 adults 2 kids and we had plenty of room. Thoughtful layout. Gym had what I needed. Wish we had more time to check out the fire pit and use the outdoor grills. Breakfast was good. "

"Mattresses could be alot better and there’s no breakfast available or in-room refrigerator/microwave in most rooms, but the bathrooms are renovated, parking is easy/free and it’s convenient to campus and main street Andover. Lobby is also nice and there’s a small gym. "
