"Nice staff. Large room with comfy bed, tv, and coffee maker. We stayed in a dog-friendly room and the carpet looked very worn with lots of spots. The room itself could definitely use some updating. We had a late check-in and our keycard reader didn’t work so we had to get a staff member to come help us figure out how to get in. The restaurant had a good breakfast selection with very attentive staff. The property is right on the cliffs with beautiful ocean views and lovely walking path."

"I was hit by something on the freeway that caused a slashed tire and coolant leak. I called and gave a notice of late checkin and then let them know that the repair was still happening and could I move the stay one day, as I couldn’t get there (weekend repair in a small town). She said no, it was past the checkin time, despite previously telling me I could call back re: a check in beyond 11pm. "Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful room with balcony and fireplace. Loved the pool! Housekeeping was a bit an issue. A one week stay and I couldn’t get anyone to clean so I did my best to collect supplies and take care of it myself."

"The room was clean and smells good. The view very nice, the beach was beautiful. Our room had a view of the ocean. The staff friendly. I just wish they had more options for breakfast. Maybe oatmeal can be added. Menu was mostly Mexican fare tortilla wrap."

"Not fancy but does exactly what is needed. The rooms are big. The breakfast is great depending on what you’re looking for. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. My issue was that I would have liked ac in the room. But opening the slider helped. Although it was noisy outside. "
