"The night we stayed we were met by Bobby at the front desk. He went above and beyond in his service. From being helpful with info about the hotel to recommending things to do and restaurants around town, he was amazing in every way. He definitely is an asset to your company!"

"The desk clerk was very friendly and the room was clean. They even had cookies for the guests during the evening. The breakfast was perfect for me because they had my favorite things, round egg oatmeal and cranberry juice cocktail. "

"I didn't try the restaurant, hot tub, pool, etc. The room I chose had a lovely view across the lake. The room was large and well lit with huge bright table lamps. The bathroom was nice, except that it was too dark. My friends in two other rooms concurred with me. I had to go to the window or use the room lamps with a very small hand mirror that I had brought. The coffee, microwave and fridge were in an alcove without a light, but ok due to the entry hall light. I liked the number of mirrors. The staff were very nice. If I ever return to the Villages, I'll stay at the Waterfront Inn, again. "

"Very limited breakfast menu, the suite was less than expected. A one cup coffee maker for a suite that sleeps four. I was expecting some sort of stove, but that didn't happen. No blankets for the sleep sofa. No safe in the room."

"Everything was god except for breakfast it didn’t seem to be staffed according to, every table was full of dishes.. the sale was going on and should have been better prepared."

"Rooms were clean , beds were comfortable and Tvs worked but property is worn and in need of some serious care. We were checking in late and leaving early so it didnt matter. Lobby wasnt open yet for coffee at 730 am. The desk clerk and supervisor were very friendly and accomdated room location request d/t a legitimate service animal"
