"This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was close to the main shopping area, but off the beaten path. It was right beside the water. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. There were lots of nice extras, including free parking, amazing breakfast, valet service, and more. The staff was friendly and quick to offer assistance. We loved our stay here and hope to return."

"Floor planking was loose from Reno’s but the bed very comfortable. Overall a nice room. Could have had a table with two chairs to sit at for breakfast. Hot tub was closed as it was too high in chemicals, however, learned about sauna and steam room in the club that I didn’t know about and it was lovely. A good hotel and close to our activities. And a very nice gesture of wine and chocolate covered strawberries as a return guest. 4 out of 5"

"We were in NOTL for the Icewine Festival and had a wonderful stay with this property. It's a very short walk to the icewine village on Queen Street, the room and the view of the lake from our room were fantastic, and breakfast was super tasty. Mary-Clare was very helpful and prompt with replying to my messages/ questions about check-in and parking. We especially appreciated the early check-in without any extra charges. It helped us settle in much sooner and plan our weekend better as we were...

"Room was clean, staff were helpful. The only downsides were that the linens were a little scratchy and seemed worn (mostly the blanket/comforter and the bathroom light made a pretty loud noise when on. "

"This is a beautiful space close to Niagara on the Lake village and Niagara Falls. Staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfasts are delicious and love the luxury of beginning with pastries and hot beverages delivered to our room in the morning! Everything is clean and beautifully decorated - fresh flowers in the rooms and hallways is a special touch. We were welcomed to arrive early. "
