"The Hotel is very nice, just beginning to show its age. This Hotel is used by many people for many events and is a hub for the locals. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The view we had from our Superior room was amazing. The hotel is nice and quiet so we had a good rest. Would recommend and am booking for next year now. Great value for money. Dog friendly too."

"Great location - very convenient for train station, and fantastic that dogs are allowed to stay, though no extras thrown in for them. No air conditioning though so room was very hot, even though an electric fan was provided."

"Where to start, the friendly staff, the lovely room or the fantastic food and ale. A lovely little pub, the car park is round the corner, however a cut through means it’s only a few metres away. Greater with friendly staff who showed me to a lovely quirky room with a king sized bed, tv, tea and coffee and a litre of bottled water. The en-suite was clean and the shower was lovely. I went downstairs for an evening meal that was delicious, huge and very reasonably priced, quashed down with a local ale. Staff and locals chatted happily with me before I went up to bed. The black out curtains were excellent and the room was quiet. I had a huge fry up for breakfast washed down with tea and fresh juice, included in the price. I would definitely recommend this place."

"We have had previous good stays at Exeter court in blocks 1 or 2, however this time our block 5 room TV was not working, so after a staff member was unable to fix it we changed rooms. Our second room, the toilet was not flushing efficiently but staff attended to this matter once reported. Exeter Court always offers an excellent breakfast and ample free parking and is easy distance from both Exmouth and Teignmouth."
