"Time halted as I checked into Riverbend Inn. Nothing prepared me for this story-like stay. Everything was beyond what I'd imagined. The champagne welcome paired well with the immaculate ambiance and warm homecoming welcome. My room was perfection in all its glory! The flicker of the fireplace beckoned home at last...I slept soundly swaddled under pristine sheets in the most incredibly cozy bed. Breakfast in bed was sumptuous. "Breakfast was brought to my room. Nice change from the regular buffets. We did not check out the restaurant/bar area. Had a great coffee/tea/water station. My only concern is not enough lighting in room. Lots of towels etc in bathroom. Just far enough away from noise of Clifton Hill but close enough to walk down to the falls. Excellent staff.

"When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed. House keeping only available on request. Only saw one housekeepers cart one day, but there were bags of laundry piled up everywhere. Ice only available on floors 4 6 8 etc. Machines on 4 and 6 not working. Second night tv would not work. Wont go back. "
