"Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. "

"Highland Park is a hotel that has definitely seen better days. The views from the hotel are fantastic, with the river Beas flowing right next to the hotel. What lets the hotel down is the lack of maintenance and housekeeping standards, which leave a lot to be desired. The food is good, but surprisingly, the items available at the hotel may be pretty few. We were surprised to nite that the hotel did not have any mutton dish despite the same being on the menu.
