"So the stay was good and comfortable and all the basic amenities were there,but when it comes to food it is very costly..normal ginger tea cost was 150rs/ for single cup,I understand hotel is situated on high altitude but the food prices were very high also you can not get taxis easily from outside of the hotel untill you have booked it from there travel desk or you have your own vehicle…rest all was good"

"I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom had a strong drainage smell and the tiles were not properly cleaned. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the property is far from what anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rating and reviews online do not reflect the actual condition of this place.
