"We experienced a fantastic stay at Residenza Gens Julia. Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. Also, the pizza place on the righthand side right next to the Residenza is excellent."

"This is a very cute spot in the heart of Rome! We arrived early so Maria let us store our bags there for breakfast and check in early at 10:45ish in the morning! The room is spacious enough for this location and I love the big living room where there is a coffee machine, kettle, and a few seating spots. The location is very convenient and we mainly travelled on buses to get to various destinations. It’s perfect for a short stay in Rome! "

"Typical CitizenM experience with subtle improvements. The bathrooms were larger at this location. The bed was oriented with the opening at the foot instead of a side so no climbing over your mate. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Pleasant stay. "

"The location is PERFECT. You are STEPS away from a great cafe and one of the best bakeries in Rome! The staff was kind, attentive and extremely helpful! The breakfast was also a HUGE plus. There is a generous buffet and a wait staff that will take a coffee order for you. All included! Finally, you are really in the center of Rome and can walk to all of the major attractions in 10-30 minutes. If you're American like us, the room may be smaller than you're accustomed to, but it was well...

"I initially was slightly disappointed when I arrived, I wasn't expecting to stay in the annexe and I thought I'd booked breakfast inclusive with my stay, but on checking with my booking details, it was all there in black and white and I hadn't, if I'd had only read them properly! The room in the annexe was lovely with a beautiful ceiling. I was on the first floor overlooking the road, which was ideal as some of my family were running the Rome marathon on the Sunday and I could watch and cheer...
