"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"Very convenient location just outside of old town 5 minute walk to Pile Gate. Lots of restaurants and shops within a very easy walk. Room was clean and safe and the Star Wars theme was a hit with my boyfriend. There is no front desk on site & you have to text your passport info which is a little strange. View out of the window was a lovely rooftop view with distant water view that was beautiful. Only negatives were that the rooms are not soundproofed so unfortunately we were woken up 2 nights in...

"Great location in Lapad. Host is very friendly and gave us information about the bus route to old town and a tour of his garden. Sunset beach was less than 10 minute walk and the promenade has lovely restaurants and bars to explore. Service was elite!"

"This Hostel is in a great location and the staff was great. It is very close to the bus depot and Ferry. There airport shuttle takes you to the bus depot and then it is a 5 minute walk. The site is just finishing up renovations, so not all amenities were available when I arrived."

"A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. "Les instructions pour se rendre étaient claires. Les communications efficaces et ils ont été en mesures de m'accomoder pour un arrivé plus tôt. L'endroit est très bien situé tout est à proximité. L'endroit était propre à mon arrivée, mais j'ai remarqué la présence de quelques petites fourmis, rien de majeur sur le coup, mais il ne faut pas laisser aucune nourriture et il faut aller porter les poubelles tout de suite."

De las tres noches que estuvimos allí,no hubo ni un día que nos hicieran limpieza, tampoco nos hicieron las camas.
