The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"They did not automatically refund my and other family members room deposit. Only i noticed that it was not refunded to my bank account i would of never received it. Imagine all the people who did not notice that they never received the room deposit refund. I bet the hotel makes a lot of money by doing this. I did not receive my money until many weeks after my holiday after I had to contact the hotel. Very frustrating and concerning for other travellers."

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"Absolute gem!! The apartment was exactly as described, so comfortable, and a great location. Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. I only wish that we had more time to explore all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"

It made my stay very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean equipped with all the amenities I needed. "Very nice hotel in excellent area, breakfast was exceptional…not great if you are a light sleeper as there is a main road, tram lines & train tracks right outside so a bit noisy…. we had an evening flight but when we asked if there was a room for changing were only offered the toilets in the reception area which was disappointing .."

The owner/s were fantastic and let us check out slightly later and store our luggage until our later flight. You won't be disappointed if you are booking to stay here, nice big balcony too.
