"チェックイン時間の15:00に部屋の掃除がまだ終わっていないということで待つことに。準備が出来れば電話するとの話だったが1時間経っても連絡なく、もう一度受付にいくと今ちょうど準備が出来たとのことでせっかくの時間を1時間無駄にした気分となった。"

"Not as nice as on line and photos. Rooms are big and spacious, but twice we had to ask for room to be made up during our 4 night stay. They came to do them at 5pm!!! Pool was large and fairly quiet but not kept as clean as it could have been, a lot of leaves. It many sun beds ! No bar area or food served by pool, just a friendly man handing out towels and water. No bar in the hotel, just one Chinese restaurant which was very nice and very friendly staff. Would I stay here again,...

"We requested for our bedroom to be cleaned daily, noticed the toilet was not attended to some days. We had 3 people in the room, and we were supplied only with 2 cups and glasses. The creamer we had on the first morning was not fresh. It was hardened. Subsequently, we were not replenished with creamer for the rest of our stay. "Hotel is quite new. Rooms are very sleek and cozy. Love the bed and the pillows. Very clean. Toilet and bath are spacious compared to other hotels in similar category. Love that there are restaurants around and a cold storage across the hotel. Bus stations abound in the area. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Overall, Momentus is a wonderful hotel which I will go back when I am in Singapore."
