"Excellent location close to NUS university and theres is an entire block of restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store right around the corner of hotel. Also access to number of buses makes it convenient for public transpiration too. Room was cleaned up well each day too. Bathroom is small with shower head right next to toilet which we weren’t used to but it worked. "

"Beautiful hotel which looks fabulous as soon as you walk in. The staff are very guest focus and very attentive. The express lift is a delight and there are 6 lifts so even at busy times your wait for a lift is minimal. Rooms are very well appointed. Beds are very comfy but pillows could be a bit firmer. Concierge staff are really informative and helpful. The courtesy shuttle is a great way to start journeys from the hotel but only runs from 11:00 to 20:00 daily which is a bit limiting. "

"It does not have elevator otherwise the staff is very friendly since we stay on the 3 floors we having a time drag all of our luggage . "

"Michael and his team (including Wan Lee) did a great job handling my reservation. Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am). Bus line is right in front of the hotel, which is nice. Really only two negative things to know about this hotel. First, the walls are paper thin (so you can hear everything that happens in the hallway and tons of noises/voices from adjoining rooms, including their bathrooms). Second, the shower is in the toilet/sink room, with no divider. So the shower water sprays the whole bathroom (and the head doesn't really lower to a good angle). Other than that, great stay! House cleaning cleaned the room each day, which was much higher level of service than I'm used to. Thank you for a great first time in singapore! "
