One of the worst check in experience I had encountered. Unhelpful & poor attitude front office staff. Also, very misleading check in information. It’s said 24hrs by self service kiosks which do not issue room so there are no difference from indicating honest check in timing. Very false and misleading information, thus is one of the example from a lists! Regards, K

ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ mrt และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว แต่ถ้ามาถึงตอนกลางคืนจะหาที่พักยากเพราะป้ายเป็นป้ายสีดำ ไม่มีไฟ จุดสังเกตคืออยู่ตรงข้าม 7-11 ห้องพักโอเค แต่เตียงชั้นบนสูงมาก ห้องน้ำมีจำนวนน้อย ชอบชั้นดาดฟ้า สามารถไปนั่งเล่นได้ตอนกลางคืน มีตู้กดน้ำ ไมโครเวฟ

L'emplacement est un atout idéal pour cet hôtel. A quelques mètres du métro Chinatown et à 30 min de marche du Garden by the Bay. La terrasse offre une vue très agréable. Nous sommes restés 8 jours avec nos 2 enfants (4 et 6 ans).

Good Location, need to improve cleanliness

Credits : Good location, a few minutes walk to Chinatown MRT, Maxwell Food Court & restaurants around. Strong wifi. Room for improvement : cleanliness of the toilets. There is a lot of small white flies in the shower. Shower water is weak. The ventilation is bad in the toilet. Mattress and pillows are old and have become soft and flat. Fact : the hostel is on 3rd & 4th floor. There is no elevator. Have to walk up with luggage. Basic breakfast : coffee/cereal drink + bread w/ jam & butter.

I can hear all things happening in the room next door. The wall is so thin and packed. I stayed in the triple room and the bed I got is over the walkway outside. The air-con in the room cannot reach my bed. Once when I turn off the air-con before going out , the room is closed with no wind and my towel cannot get dry. There is no window in the room. However, I understand this coz it's a two stars hotel and the price is quite cheap so it's reasonable for all of these.

I am very disappointed with cleanliness and room condition and amenities service. I stayed Deluxe room with 2bunk beds for 4 people. Bunk Bed material is fragile. We are not confident on safty so 2 in 4 people need to sleep on floor. Blankets is not clean with yellow stain. Dust on headboard and edge of bed. Mold on grouting and silicone in bathroom. No bath mat provided in spite of water leaking at bathroom door. I was charged room with high rate but I am not comfortable, I feel that I got cheated.

第一に二階のベッドがとても危険。ストッパーがないため普通に落ちそう。二階が高いので落ちたら確実に死ぬ。また、ベッドの二階が構造上熱がこもりやすくとても暑い。クーラーを効かせすぎると一階のベッドで寝ている人がとても寒い。友人同士で揉めることになった。ドライヤーやシャワーが壊れていたり、シーツに血がついていたり、トイレも不潔かつ不便。写真のイメージと全く違う。スタッフが滞在していないのでとても不便。機械でのチェックインに手間取った。1000円のホテルなら仕方ないと思うが、一人5000円以上する値段でこのクオリティは史上最悪。返金して欲しい気分。二度と使いたくない。

Nice place with good price

The price is good for our 3-night staying. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. They have self check-in machines. Very modern. Tell them to clean room up if necessary. There is no lift to move up to third floor. Not easy to take big heavy luggage with you to the third floor.

The price is good for our 3-night staying. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. They have self check-in machines. Very modern. Tell them to clean room up if necessary. There is no lift to move up to third floor. Not easy to take big heavy luggage with you to the third floor.

Very good location in Chinatown

The hotel was pretty easy to find as it was situated in a very central location in Chinatown. However, do be aware that in order to get to the reception area, you will need to climb through 3 flights of stairs. And if you are staying on the 4th floor, you will also need to do another round of stair climbing. As our family consisted of 3 members, we stayed in a triple room, and which the third "loft" bed can be reached by climbing a precarious two meters steel ladder in the room. I would like to warn those who move a lot in their sleep not to sleep in this "loft" bed as the height of the mattress is about the same level as the barrier, and you may run the risk of falling to the floor below. The ensuite bathroom is moldy in some corners and the toilet seat is practically right beside the showerhead. Overall, the room is quite very minimal with just a doubles bed, a table and a chair. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is just bread, butter, jam, and instant coffee. They also have a rooftop common area (4th floor) where you can get hot/cold drinking water and a good view of Chinatown. If you think that you will be in Singapore for just a night or two and will not be staying in the hotel much, this might be the hotel for you.

Utterly disappointed to the max. Check In with machine, receptionists was chit-chating away, not really helping. The toilet and shower cubicles also around sink, had mould. The rusty droplets coming down from the walls in the capsule that i was appointed to. The WHOLE FREAKING NIGHT WAS THE SOUND OF DOOR SLAMMING till around 4AM. It was quiet for a while and SLAMMING STARTS AGAIN from 5plus in the morning. Bring ear pluck. Breakfast was served at the reception area in the morning. Really very crowded with so many people Breakfast was not what you think it is. Only slices of pullman bread, jam and margarine. OMG. The queue for the bread to be toasted can last more than 10mins---small toaster. Really Small. Honestly, forget about the breakfast. You can get it nearby with good coffee and well toasted kaya bread with sous vide eggs. If you want water from the dispenser, they have it at the terrace at 4th floor. I did not dare to use because after what I experience at this hostel. I am not really sure if they did any maintenance or clean or sanitize the water dispenser. Horrible experience and the stay for one night is not cheap. The place was not well taken care of.

Good location but must climb up 3 stories with luggage. Good check-in system but take a long time for someone. Big room for family on the highest floor 😭😅 5th floor. There is shower and toilet in room but dirty and smelly. I don't like picture or painting which is hang on the wall in room. It is spooky every time when I woke up during a night. Once enough for here.

Nice location.

We got a private room for 3 and it was nice. Cleaning could have been better but overall nice price/location. Would recommand for a short stay in Singapour.
