Saya suka sekali tempat ini,, terutama kamarnya nuansa putih jadi semakin bersih. Ukuran kamar memang kecil krn kelar backpackers tapi oke banget dan nyaman ditempati.

I understand that the check - in process is all digital for convenience but it helps to have a reception desk at least. The room does not look like it's in the picture. I got a room in the attic, no privacy curtains either. just a large room with a lot of beds. A lot of stairs to go up. also unisex bathroom on our floor made it a little uncomfortable. It was ok experience. Right across from the china town subway station though. which is a plus point.

never going back

We stayed at the hostel for five days. First of all, the room is extremely small and the bunk bed is VERY VERY wobbly. Every move will shake the bed like crazy. It felt very unsafe. And the bedsheets were dirty with some hair left on it. The shower situation is the worst tho. They claimed they provide hot water but you can only feel the hot water for one second and you can never have any hot water. we had many cold showers there and therefore caught a cold. The staff is alright. But when you NEED something, they are never there. We had a fire evacuation situation during our stay and the staff were NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. The room was full of smoked smell so they finally offered to relocate us to another place. Yet, they asked us to return in the same morning (which means we only get to stay in the new place for a few hours before moving back). The staff couldn’t answered basic questions like when can they confirm us about the room situations or what’s their policy. They kept saying “i hope you can understand” but not being helpful at all. Even though at the end they finally offered us to stay at the new place and no need to change back to our smelly old room, they asked us to change to another room again after we moved. So that means we moved to three different rooms in one trip because of their poor management. For the price of the room, I believe the service should be better than what we experienced. If you choose to stay here, think wisely

je déconseille cet endroit, qui est proche d'une cage sans fenêtre, 2 lits superposés, aucune place pour les valises très grosses, pas de penderie ni rien pour poser ses affaires, accueil inexistant, c'est une machine avec laquelle vous devez faire le check in et le check out, les toilettes et douches n'ont pas de fenêtre, donc chaleur d'enfer genre four, le petit déjeuner est déplorable, du café 3 en 1 (sucre et lait) infect, pas de thé, des gobelets en plastic, et des toasts avec de la confiture très bon marché

Clean hostel near MRT ChinaTown

The hostel is very close to MRT ChinaTown station and the staff are so nice and helpful. Free breakfast and hot drink (Coffee and cereal) each morning.

Good location and very close to MRT station

The hostel is very close to MRT station (ChinaTowm NE4, Exit A) and the staff are so friendly and helpful. But you need to use the machine to check in by yourself is a little difficult to navigate.

飯店採自助check in 模式，辦理入住登記時，可試著用姓+名或是名+姓的方式來查詢，避免系統上顯示查無訂單的狀態。另外，空間有點小，隔音不是很好，所以會一直聽到浴室裡的水聲，基本上還算乾淨

I used to stay with 5footway. Facilities and atmosphere are at the same standard. This time, I just used the check-in machine and it's difficult to use. The booking number from Expedia did not work with the machine. I have to call staff. They should send us the real booking number (to key in the machine). Also, found some un-convenient with the machine.

Chinatown's heart?

The hostel has a location that is hard to beat. I have been staying there for several years now but recently they have made a few changes that make the stay a little less pleasant. The main ones being the lack of kitchen facilities (like a fridge or plates or even cups) and lack of bag storage. A secondary one is the automated check in system that seems to cause more problems than it solves. While I was there most people using the system had to call for help at least once if not multiple times. It is still a great place to stay but these little things do detract from the overall experience.

เรื่องการเดินทางภายในเมือง การเดินทางสะดวกมาก ๆ ติดกับรถไฟสายสีน้ำเงินและสีม่วง อยู่ใจกลางย่าน Chinatown สามารถเดินทางไปไหนมาไหนได้สะดวกสบาย -- เรื่องห้องพักในโฮสเทล ห้องพักมีจำนวนเยอะ 10 เกือบ 20 ห้องได้ ภายในห้องขนาดเล็กไม่ใหญ่มาก (ได้ห้อง Standard Twin Room - Bunk Bed เตียง 2 ชั้น) พื้นของห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าที่ควร แต่พอใช้ได้ เตียงถือว่าดี ผ้าห่มกับหมอนก็โอเค ไม่ได้แย่มากนัก แต่นอนแล้วจะคันนิด ๆ (ไม่รู้คนอื่นเป็นรึเปล่านะครับ) พอหลับลึก ๆ ก็ไม่คัน -- เรื่องห้องน้ำ ห้องน้ำชั้นสอง มีน้อยห้องมาก (พักชั้นสอง) ความสะอาดก็โอเค แต่อาจจะดูเก่า ๆ แล้ว โดยภาพรวมก็เฉย ๆ ไม่ได้ตื่นเต้นอะไร คนไทยไปพักเยอะ เสียงดังเล็กน้อยเป็นช่วงเวลา (ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นกลางคืน เพราะกลับมาจากข้างนอก) แต่ถ้าให้แนะนำจริง ๆ ถ้าเป็นคนลุย ๆ ก็สามารถไปพักที่นี่ได้ (แบบคิดว่านอนแปปเดียว เดี๋ยวก็ออกไปเที่ยว) ก็มาพักได้สบาย ๆ แต่ถ้าคนไหนติดความสบายก็แนะนำให้นอนโรงแรม หรือห้องที่มีราคามากขึ้นกว่านี้นิดนึง

- There's no specific men's for shower room and toilet, there is one women shower room while men is none. Women come to use shower room on upper floor for full while the one which provide for women on below is no usage and men couldn't go in because it's for women. - The price for washing and laundry is too expensive
