Kami menginap selama 3 malam di Hotel Bliss. untuk ukuran hotel di daerah China Town, hotel ini cukup baik. Dari segi kenyamanan kamar, kami memilih Deluxe Twin, dalam sisi walaupun relatif kecil tapi saya nilai cukup. Dalam sisi kebersihan, agak minim. lantai lengket dan tidak disapu dengan bersih, kamar mandi ada bercak jamurnya dipinggir lantai. Dalam sisi pelayanan, cukup baik dan responsif, saya meminta untuk segera dibersihkan kembali dan membuka jendela, respon nya cukup cepat. Sementara dalam sisi strategis lokasi, sangat baik, dekat sekali dengan MRT, hanya berjalan 2 menit tepat di sebrang Hotel. Namun, yang paling penting adalah di hari terakhir. kami kehilangan Charger Laptop dan Eye liner Marc Jacobs yg baru saya beli. Saya tlp resepsion, dan mereka mengatakan tidak menemukannya di kamar hotel, sangat disayangkan hal ini terjadi. Terimakasih

The hotel itself was wonderful! The rooms are surprisingly large for a small hotel. It is in a great location only a few minutes from the bustle of Chinatown along with the MRT station. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bliss. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel has its own character. It means it is not the newest, but the stay is pleasant overall. The windows could not be opened, but you can ask the staff to open it if necessary. The bedroom and bathroom are old, so you can see parts they tried to fix. No nightstand on the bedsides. Even though it was on a busy street, you can't hear it from the hotel room. We stayed on the 4th floor. Location is perfect, everything is nearby. Easy to find as well.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Was able to walk almost everywhere. We were there just before the Chinese New Year and Chinatown was hopping. It was fun to see. Food options in the area are plenty.

Mitten in Chinatown, direkt an einer Metrostation, sehr zentral, mit der Metro vom Flughafen nur mit einmal umsteigen gut zu erreichen, trotzdem ruhig, angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Close to everything, perfect for a place to come back to after a day out. Room aesthetically pleasing and cosy, comfortable bed however bathroom not very functional - good water pressure and water hot but water in shower not draining and spilling across the entire toilet area due to incorrect floor levelling and unsealed glass section (no door)

The BEST experience and location. I am definitely going to re-book in 2025 as the subway, market, shops just opposite the hotel. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. No request was too hard. The Hawkers market so close I wet for breakfast most days. Room was a little small but ample for my needs, the bed sooo comfortable I slept like a baby. Thank you to ALL the STAFF for a memorable stay.

Room is small. Shower + toilet design is not good.
Room is too small. Hallway is too dark. No hair conditioner. Toilet is openly next to the shower and therefore after shower is done the toilet area floor is wet and the toilet seat could be wet if forgot to close the lid. It’s convenient to walk around at Chinatown.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Singapur und die praktische Lage des Hotels hat dazu beigetragen. Die Lage ist super, da das Hotel direkt and er Station Chinatown liegt, von der man eigentliche alle Plätze in Singapur gut erreichen kann. Bei Fragen hat uns das Personal immer freundlich weitergeholfen und das Zimmer wurde täglich aufgeräumt und Wasser aufgefüllt. Preis-Leistung ist für Singapur auch super. Wir können eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

The lobby was designed to be dark and be stylish but it felt a bit spooky to me. The room is small but that’s what you paid for.

1. 위치 - 차이나타운역 바로 옆이라서 싱가포르 어느지역으로든지 이동이 매우 편리 2. 근처식당 - 싱가포르 식당이 오후에 일찍 문닫는 곳이 많은데 차이나타운 식당은 늦게까지 하는 곳이 많음 3. 가격 - 3성급치고는 나름 저렴 4. 가방 보관 - 체크아웃후 요청하면 가방을 보관해 줌.서비스요청하면 작은 메모지에 가방 갯수, 그리고 언제까지 다시 돌아와서 가방 가져갈 것인지 적어 줌. 나중에 호텔와서 메모지 주면 가방 돌려줌. 기방보관 서비스는 무료이다 5. 체크아웃후 샤워룸 서비스 - 개인적으로 가장 좋은 서비스. 싱가포르가 매우 습하고 더웁고, 또 귀국비행기 시간이 밤늦게. 또는 다음날 새벽인 경우가 종종 있는데 창이공항 샤워룸 서비스는 위치나 비용 그리고 대기자 숫자때문에 이용하기 곤란한 경우가 종종 있는데 블리스호텔은 체크아웃후에 샤워룸 서비스를 제공함. 특히 가방 되찾으러 왔을때 샤워하고 공항으로 이동하면 매우 좋음. 가방 맡기기 전에 미리 샤워후 입을 옷이나 수건, 세면도구를 따로 챙겨 가방에 넣어두었다가 가방 찾으러 왔을때 샤워룸서비스 신청하면 된다. 샤워룸서비스는 무료이다. 5층에 샤워룸이 있는데 엘리베이터가 4층까지 있어 4층까지 엘리베이터로 이동. 엘리베이터에서 나와 왼쪽으로 쭉 가다보면 끝에 나선형 계단이 보이고, 계단으로 통해서 5층으로 가서 쭉 끝까지 가면 통로끝 오른쪽에 샤워룸 나온다. 문열면 좌변기, 세면대 샤워부스가 보인다. 수건의 경우 그냥 자기것 써도 되고 샤워룸서비스 신청할때 목욕타월 요청하면 주는데 비용은 1싱가포르달러이다. 6. 외국어 번역 : 외국어 잘 모르면 그냥 i donot understand. 라고 당당하게(?) 이야기하면 된다. 답답해진 직원이 스마트폰을 가져와서 어느나라 사람이냐고 물을때 korean 이라고 하면 스마트폰 번역앱으로 글을써서 한국어로 번역된 것을 보여준다. 이것은 일종의 외국인 서비스로 우리나라에 온 외국인들이 우리나라말 잘 못하는 것과 비슷하기 때문에 싱가포르에서 부끄러워하지 말고 당당하게 잘 모른다고 해서 번역앱을 통해서 받아야할 서비스를 받자. 7. 청소 - 싱가포르 여행 다니다가 다리가 아프고 더우면 잠깐 숙소로 들어와 쉬는 것이 좋다. 특히 오후 12시 - 4시 사이는 매우 더워서 야워 활동보다는 그냥 쇼핑건물 안에 있거나 그냥 숙소로 들어와서 쉬는 것이 좋다. 그런데 숙소가 청소가 안되어 있으면 기분이 별로이기 때문에 관광나가기 전에 숙소 청소가 언제되는지 확인하고, 자기일정보다 늦으면 조금 빨리 청소해달라고 하면 조금 빨리 청소해주기는 하는데 층별 청소시간이 있어서 그냥 동일층 숙소들 중에서 요청한 숙소를 가장 빨리 청소해주는 정도이다. 8. 소모품 - 냉장고는 있는데 아무것도 안 담아져 있다. 냉장고가 아주 시원하지는 않다. 밖에 있는 음식으로 큰 물통 1개, 컵라면 2개는 유료이고 작은 물통, 그리고 일회용커피는 무료이다. 수건은 일반수건1개, 목욕타월 1개로 개인적으로 부족했음.

Shower area is not so user friendly
Shower area without any hanger to hang clothes, quite inconvenient. Other than this, still ok, except toilet roll hanger and light switch which are not working properly, but not big deals. The front desk staffs are very helpful in enquiries and helping to keep my luggage after checking out.

총 3박을 묵었는데, 직원들도 친절하고 매일 방청소를 해주셔서 깨끗하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 체크인 전/ 체크아웃 후로 짐가방 맡겨주시고 체크아웃 후에 샤워시설만 이용 원할시 수건금액 1달러 정도 받고 이용하실 수 있습니다.(서비스 이용은 하지 않았으나 직원분께서 설명해주심)

Is a very good Budget Hotel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Things to be careful of: 1. the room in which we stayed had 3 different levels with no warning that there was a one inch step coming out of the bathroom into the bedroom or a three inch step from the foyer to the sleeping area e.g. different coloured floor tape would have been helpful to save us stubbing toes and tripping over which could have been serious. 2. the tiles in the bathroom are NOT non-slip and we ended up having to use one of our towels on the shower floor to give us a safer footing in addition to the bath mat in front of the sink. It was really dangerous otherwise You may need to ask for additional towels to overcome this hazard.
