Lovely stay. Rooms were a fantastic size, great facilities, very clean, pool area was nice, great to have use of washing facilities as well, I used them twice and this was super helpful. I enjoyed reading on the egg shaped chairs on the opposite side to the pool as it was much more peaceful. Good location easy to get a grab taxi. MRT station not very near though. Only negative would be the pool unmanned and often had children playing in their unattended causing lots of noise and disturbance with bad behaviour, not very relaxing, if you want a quieter pool environment this might not be the hotel for you.

Beyond expectations

Very conveniently located and next to a wonderful market for local food and fresh produce. The hotel room is fully equipped with Washing Machine, Fridge and Kitchen. I really loved staying here comfortably. It's like a perfect apartment and near Novena MRT.

Really nice! Very nice sized rooms with excellent bathroom. 5 min walk from Whampoa food centre is a dream. U mart just below comes in handy and just a short ride from anywhere basically. Pool is nice too and usually pretty quiet.

Overall, this is an excellent small hotel. The room is modern and clean, though a bit on the small side. The pool is quite nice. My only complaint is that the hot water ran out in the late morning. A cold shower was my only option at 9:30 AM

Citadines Stay

Very good facility. However, both coffeeshop and small supermarket downstairs need upgrading. In particular, the coffeeshop looks half-finished. Because there are many other users of lower floors, including a kiddies swimming pool, the entrance at the ground floor looks a bit messy while the check-in counter is on the sixth floor and should have some more allure.

Pros: friendly staff trying their best to accommodate. Cons: terrible air conditioning. Bedroom a/c blew warm air. Maintenance cleaned it - zero improvement. We were offered another room but would have to repack & move 6 pieces of luggage. Here's a thought... since the property is in Singapore, one of the warmest country's on the planet, how about making sure the a/c's are in good working order.

Not really a hotel but a half-services apartments.

No bell boy, no restaurant, no room service, reception is on the 6th floor and you have to carry your bags in the trolley and bring it to the 6th floor for check in and then again to your room by yourself as there is no bell boy. They clean the rooms only on alternate days.

Staff at the reception especially the male receptionist so unfriendly and soo arrogant. Cleaning was bad, only vacuum the floor and not cleaning the dust and its everywhere… So noisy refrigerator, light box, bathroom ventilator so loud. Never changed the bedsheet in 11 nights.
