スタッフが皆さん親切でとても良かったです。早朝のチェックアウトを前日に伝えておいたら、とてもスムーズに処理してくれて、タクシーの手配もすぐにしてくれました 。 MRTの駅までは少し歩きますが、シンガポールのMRTは路線も多く乗り換えれば観光地へのアクセスは良好です。 部屋は広くはなかったですが、スーツケースを2つ開けても余裕がありました。 バスルームはシャワーのみですが水温も安定しており、東南アジアでありがちな床が水浸しになるような事もなかったです。最低限のアメニティも揃っていました。 ただ、部屋に小さなダニのような虫を数匹見ました。トコジラミではなさそうでしたが、気になる方は防虫剤を持って行くと良いかもしれません。

オススメできます。 思っていたより清潔で、過ごしやすかった。部屋もキレイだし、シャワーもしっかり温かく水圧もあった。水がつまったりトイレが流れないこともなく、強いて言うならエアコンの温度調節がしにくいことぐらいだった。 各階にウォーターサーバーもあったので、水分に困ることもなかった。 夜になると危ない地域かと思ったが、そこまで危険ではなかった。

Spacious, clean room with very comfy beds and good shower. Only 12 minutes walk from Kallang MRT on the direct line from the airport to the city made it very easy to access. Staff were friendly and efficient and the free minibar drinks & snacks were much appreciated. Good value place to stay.

Peut-être est-ce seulement la chambre familiale?
Chambre familiale un peu usée avec décorations de Winnie l'Ourson aux murs. Manque d'espace et chambre mal configurée. Le véritable problème est cependant les minuscules fourmis qui se promènent sur les meubles et dans la douche: disons que nous avons dû en manger quelques-unes. C'est propre, mais ce n'est pas plaisant d'entrer dans une chambre et apercevoir des fourmis. De plus, on ne semble pas avoir de produit au comptoir pour en éliminer quelques-unes.

We stayed 3 days first in a fairly pleasant room. Came back for 1 night before leaving Singapore and got the "not best room". Space is a luxury in Singapore and these rooms try to maximise it. Not very large, but clean and good shower. Massive tv very close to the bed, good choice of You Tube and other channels available. Basic but pretty efficient.

Great hotel overall
Hotel is in good condition and staff were helpful. Rooms were good size for Singapore with lots of storage places to keep things. Bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy but worked. About 10min walk to train downtown. Area has many food stops. Great hotel especially for the price.

When I turned on the air conditioner, water dropped onto the floor. My bag got wet. That was the only point I didn’t like. The staff was nice and the hotel itself was clean and neat. I would say it’s okay to stay.

I have been staying in the hotel from May 2-5 in Rm 303 (a Family Quadruple Room; and from May 5-9 in Room 312, which is a single queen's bed room for myself only. For Rm 303, it was extremely small, although in the photo it showed a large room, the air-conditioner was very hot, no matter how we adjusted it, it stayed at 26-28 degree C, the bath room was hot like a sauna room. For Rm 312, the size was a normal single room, but the air-conditioner was extremely cold, I have to keep switching it off. The water heater for bath was out of order, hot water was like only 5 degree above cold water, luckily SG is hot enough for cold water bath, and I don't bother to pack all my stuff again to change a room. But in the 2nd night in Rm 312, I saw a small cockroach (~1.5cm) on the wall, it was the baby of the very large type cockroach. I have to kill and clean it as it moved too fast and it'll take time to call staff to come and kill it. Then in the 3rd morning I saw another 0.5cm one. The most horrible thing was that on the last night I stay in the hotel, I saw one 2cm one and 1cm one in the crack between the bed mattress and the wall, they gone too fast & there was nothing I could do. I think this hotel need a thorough pest control exercise. The "hotel" is more like a "hostel" instead. The location was bad, far away from metro train, a red night area that multiple taxi drivers told us not to go back late at night. The only good thing was that staff were friendly and helpful.

Dear Guest,Thank you very much for your valuable feedback to us.We appreciate the opportunity you have given to us to improve to rectify the issues you have faced.We will certainly have our pest control team to fix the room for your pest issue and the air-conditioner issue was not reported by the following few guests who stayed in the room after your departure. Having said that, we will have our contractor to check in this room 303 as well because it could prevent this issue from hapenning.We sincerely wished that this issue was reported to us during your stay with us as we can activate our pest control team and air conditioner contractor to come to fix it on the day or the following day.Our hotel location is only 2 bus stop away from the nearest mrt station, Kallang station which will take about 3 minutes bus ride or walking will be about 12 minutes.Many local drivers still have the wrong impression that Geylang road means red night area but actually these areas are about 10 to 12 streets away from Hotel Splendour.3 minutes walk to main road from hotel is a whole street of food either on the left or right side.We sincerely thank you for the feedback and we will certainly make sure we do better on your next trip here with us and for the other guest who will be staying with us.Regards,Hotel Splendour Team
