hotelnya tidak ada yang tau meskipun tanya orang2 di mrt bugis.tapi setelah tau letaknya ternyata strategis kemana aja krn dekat terminal queen street jika mau ke KL.

Lokasi sangat strategis, hanya 10 menit berjalan kaki dari Bugis MRT, walaupun sangat dekat dengan masjid tapi suaranya tidak terdengar sampai dalam kamar. kondisi kamar cukup baik, ranjang dan bantal sangat nyaman, disediakan sparkling water dekat lobby juga dapat meminjam electric plug di front office.

Hotel Nuve good
I am really satisfied with Hotel Nuve. If you find the budget hotel with comfortable room, good environment and very near to MRT station. This hotel really suits on you. The room was small but it was pretty good just for a traveller to stay at night. After all, I am satisfied with Hotel Nuve.

Compact, not like the photos or worth the price!
We stayed here for 8 nights, but only chose the hotel because the one we booked had a security/scam alert 3 weeks out and we had to switch. We went during the week before the Singapore F1, so everything was up in price, but at nearly $280 per night, it was definitely not worth the price. The room was compact, functional, and it worked okay because we weren’t in the room very often. But overall disappointing and we would not choose to stay there again unless it was for 1 night. The pros: 1. Location - so easy for MRT/Bus, right near Arab Street and was super safe. Despite having a nightclub across the road, and surrounded by hostels, we never heard anything. 2. The friendly staff - we were greeted every day, and they were super helpful. 3. Free mini bar - this was restocked daily. 4. Air con - thought this had to run all day/night, and if it was turned off, the room became so hot after about 5 minutes. The cons: Everything else!! 1. Nothing like the photos, we were in a Basic room, but even the photos on the website did not represent the actual room. We didn’t realise the shower was over the toilet, it was so compact and water just went everywhere. 2. Lack of storage 3. Mould in the bathroom 4. Only 1 towel per person (though we could try and get towels upon request if they had any at the front counter) 5. Hot water went cold after about 3 minutes in the shower 6. The bed was up against the wall so one of us had to crawl in and out of bed.
“Private bathroom” was smaller than a normal toilet. When we were in the shower, the water went everywhere, and you had to wipe everything down after with the 1 towel they provided per person.
There was mould underneath the shower caddy, and mould on the roof. Not ventilation at all.

Verste hotellopplevelse så langt
Hotellet fremmer at de er et rent hotell, men vi fant både svarte flekker i sengen, og blod på putene. Etter å ha spurt om å bytte rom, ble vi vist et like skittent rom, renhold "var ikke tilstede" og vi fikk derfor ingen hjelp. Rommene er også veldig små, man kunne ikke bevege seg, og doen var i dusjen. Anbefales virkelig ikke.

Great service from the friendly staff they are wonderful. Sadly the hotel facilities are quite run down and the rooms are very noisey as the hotel is just down the road from a mosque. Rooms are very small, and not many have windows. Not much space to unpack a suitcase and no desk space if you plan to do some work. Terrace is not particularly nice either. Carpets could do with a thorough clean. Mini bar was well stocked and complimentary and water dispenser was a great touch.

Staff are nice and helpful. The environment of the hotel and room are fair. The location is very good. If there is no window in the room, it's better to indicate in the description on the booking platform. For some reason, I feel not good in a completely close area. I was so surprise to find it out when I open the door.

Small & compact but functional. Staff were very nice & free hot/cold water to drink (dispenser) also they give you free juice & sodas in the fridge. Very quiet area close to the mosque w/ fast, ready local Arab food around the area. Good water pressure & nice rooftop if you wanna relax or shower in the rain!

ブギス駅に近く、便利でとても良いホテルでした。アラブストリートに近く、夜は賑やかでしたが、旅疲れで眠ってしまえば全く気になりません。トイレ、シャワーが一緒になっているタイプは初めてだった為、戸惑いましたがサービスは充実していて快適でした。

The anti-marina bay sands
The walls were paper thin, we were able to hear others snoring. Had leftover snacks from previous people and the coffee cups were still dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets. Instead of fixing a hole in the bathroom, there was shoddy patch work. The rooms were much smaller than those in the pictures.

Hotel staff showed no flexibility or empathy for their customers, not to mention unhelpful. Our flight got cancelled 24 hours to departure, so we could not fly to Singapore thus could not check into the accommodation. Reached out to the hotel who repeatedly stated that the booking was non-refundable, which I do understand however, should there not be some level of flexibility given we could not get into the country? The cancelled flight was completely out of my control and it was stressful enough trying to find alternative flights home, let alone dealing with inconsiderate hotel staff refunding to refund the full payment we had made. It was not the fact that I had simply changed my mind, I physically could not fly into the country to check in. In this post covid era where lockdowns and cancelled flights are increasingly common, there needs to be some consideration given on case by case scenarios, rather than a blanket statement of 'you booked a non-refundable room'. The Formula 1 Racing was also on that weekend, therefore it was highly likely that they resold our room after we advised we could not check in, whilst also withholding our payment for the same room. Double payment for 1 room. Well done. The hotel staff also tried to palm us of to Expedia, telling us to seek a refund through Expedia instead. However Expedia staff were more than efficient in trying to resolve this and coordinate with the hotel to get us a refund. The resistance was all coming from hotel level.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was tiny and freezing, the aircon couldn't be turned off, I slept in all my clothes. The room had no soundproofing and was opposite a nightclub with no soundproofing, it was impossible to sleep. Utterly miserable.

Room is small, like most in Singapore, but very clean and updated. We had connecting rooms with 2 baths. So really nice. The location is close to train stations and food options (about 15min. walk). We walked everywhere or took the train. We were out all day, so no need for fancy hotel. A nice stay.

It was a happy moment when we arrived at the hotel...we even upgraded to a bigger room bcos the room we booked was quite small...everything went well until a mishap came upon us...to be very careful when using the toilet...the floor was slippery...I slipped & fell...just a precaution to take note...especially if u come with small children... Nonetheless...the bed in the room was comfortable...I had a good rest... Just to convey my thanks to the auntie cleaner we met when we arrived at the hotel...she was very warm welcoming us...thank u.

Musky mouldy room :(
Was really super disappointed with their room. The room had a super musky mouldy smell that got into our heads & lingered on our clothes after a while. It wasn't a pleasant experience as there were many cobwebs on the headboard. We also killed 2 spiders in our few hours of stay there. The room was ultra small for the price paid. The toilet was ultra small but had a bidet, so one plus point. Also, the front desk lady was super nice! Overall we're quite displeased with the room, highly doubt we'll return :(
