First Time with Family in Singapore.
We are stay at Royal @Queen Hotels for Six Night with family room type, because this is combine business and vacation, every thing is good, from hotel we can easily go to Bugis Junction, Orchard, China Town, Marina Bay, Singapore Flyer, merlion etc. for food also okay lot of restaurant or food court near by. Minus only during breakfast almost same food everyday. when we check out we leave or bag at the hotel in the morning, and come back in the evening after we going home. special mention to uncle in concierge it's very helpful to us.

liburan menyenangkan di Singapura
kami baru pertama kali liburan di singapura membawa anak kecil. kamarnya cukup lega, bersih dan nyaman. menu sarapan juga beragam dan rasanya enak. hotel ini juga sangat dekat dengan stasiun MRT, membuat kami bisa menuju kemana saja. dengan berjalan kaki 10 menit, kita juga sudah bisa mengunjungi area bugis. jalanannya juga tenang dan tidak bising. sangat rekomended sekali.

The staff were brilliant. The room was dated but the bedsheets and towels very clean and fresh. There were small flies coming out of the bathroom basin overflow, which also looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Lovely hotel
Very comfortable beds, friendly, smiling team, always happy to help. Large rooms and great breakfast. Our bathroom looked a bit old and dirty due to age (not due to them not cleaning) The “gym” only has three things in it - running/cycling/walking (no weights) and the pool is small, but nice.

Great location and very good value, comfortable accommodation, providing breakfast daily. This was a wonderful base for our week’s stay in Singapore. Within walking distance to many attractions, such as Suntec City, Marina Gardens by the Bay and Orchard Road. MRT train stop 100 metres away. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted. The room was a decent size and had everything we required for our stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The Hotel Royal is a great hotel. Its location is perfect for those of us who like to stay close, but not to crowded with other people. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Singapore.

Very convenient location, close to MRT stations. Can easily walk to Bugis Junction from Hotel. MRT was super easy to get around, bought a Tourist 3 Day Pass to use, really got our moneys worth. Nice breakfast at Hotel.

Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Pool was nice after a hot day. Rooms were clean, a little dated but location and price were fantastic.

Stayed at Hotel Royal @ Queens for 7 nights for a work trip. Room on the 14th floor which was very quiet and spacious with a comfortable King size bed. Small bathroom but perfectly usable. Breakfast was standard with regular options. Overall it was fine but not high quality or exceptional.

It was in a good position close to the MRT. Most staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel could do with a lounge to sit, read or wait and there was some mould in our bathroom.

The bathroom shower over tub sprayed water everywhere drowning bathroom. Shower suction mat totally mouldy on the suction side. Shower over tub could be difficult for the even slightly infirm. We had enormous trouble with WIFI not working for 4 days Many complaints to reception. Reception did send people up to look, and then a worker had a look at router in ceiling and said it could not be fixed. Had to use laptop in lift area at a hotspot. We were offered a room change but decided that as we were leaving 48 hours later not worth the bother. There was a lack of sufficient sitting area in reception, but i feel that work was being done to counteract that.

The hotel conciege is friendly considering that there are food court s nearby the breakfast price is too expensive and for the we are paying per room nights, water should be free I was told to get a bottle to fill up at a dispenser which to me its an Inn type of service Everytime i shoer the bath room gets flooded and the TV chaneld sucks the filipino reception its is not helfull and no light control consolidated near the bed

Except for the Internet connection speed, the hotel is generally satisfactory as a 4-star hotel. During the night, the connection speed drops to about 10 kbps, making it impossible to work or make plans for sightseeing the next day. I think this point should be improved.

Begynte den fem uker lange ferien vår med tre netter i Singapore. Hotellet var sentralt, rett ved et MRT stopp (som forresten er veldig lett å bruke). Rommet var rent og fint, men vi hørte godt naboene på naborommet. Svømmebassenget var helt ok. Frokosten var grei, både egg, skiver og lokal mat.

Arrived early but did not allow early check-in. However they gave me a room an hour earlier than estimated. The security deposit was made by cash and was provided a receipt. They failed to mention that on check out I had to provide the receipt to get the refund.

必要にして充分なホテル。交通の便が良く近隣を散歩するのも楽しい市街地にあります。小さいけどプールは軽く泳ぐのには充分。朝食のバフェもメニュー豊富で非常に満足しました。 1点、困ったのはランドリーが1台しかなく使えなかったこと。

Location is great as mrt and bugis all walking distance. The hotel itself is outdated as I stayed here 10years ago. You can see this in the bathrooms and also the towels provided were well worn as edges were all ragged and coming apart. Breakfast needs more variation also. We chose this hotel mainly for location.
