Proses check in 3jam,reception tidak ramah&sopan!!
Setelah perjalanan yg melelahkan saat kami sampai ke hotel dgn membawa 3 koper, tidak ada yg berniat membantu utk masukkan ke lobby.Checked in membutuhkan waktu 3 jam utk menunggu,family room yg telah dibayar jauh hari dinyatakan sudah penuh.setelah berdebat dengan reception dan manager in charge mlm itu, disarankan ke kamar dgn twin bed dulu dan dicarikan kamar family yg available.Menunggu sgt lama dan sy menelepon berkali kalike reception tidak dilayani dgn baik.anak saya tertidur di kamar twin bed ttp kami blm bisa istirahat krn kamar family msh dicarikan.Saat sy turun ke bawah trnyata ada 1 keluarga juga yg marah marah ke manager yg sama krn kamar family nya tdk available, sudah dibayar jauh hari.akhirnya kami diantar ke royal residence oleh manager tsb setelah 3 jam menunggu.sungguh melelahkan dan lokasi hotel serta serviced apt yg akhirnya kami tinggali ini jauh dari pusat keramaian dan MRT,di sekitarnya komplek perumahan saja.

The room size is so spacious
when I stayed in this hotel, I got the spacious room. The hotel near bus station, mall and MRT station. Above all, the services and facilities are good.

Pelayanan yg kurang memuaskan

Hotel terbaik keluarga
Berpergian bersama keluarga hal yg indah tetapi mendapatkan hotel bintang dgn luas 32m2 dgn harga murah (reasonable) sangat jarang apalagi di singapura. Hotel Royal menjadi pilihan terbaik : luas 32m2, ranjang 1king 1single, lokasi dekat mrt novena (2station dr orchard), swim pool, mal kecil, jajanan pasar.

Air con in our room was terrible. A family room for two adults and two children (8 and 11) only includes a double and a single bed. Room was outdated and rusty. We booked and pre-paid through Expedia, but they couldn't find our reservation. Hotel is very conveniently located between two MRT stations and there is a bus stop just outside.

The room was ok. but really tired- the windows were dirty and the bathroom dirty. and there was almost constant slight noise outside the room - staff talking, etc... poor gym. really disappointing for the price tag... old, tired and not great location is ok

中華系のホテル
家族で泊まれるので、このホテルを選びました。事前にリクエストしていたベビーベッドはセッティングしてありませんでしだが、頼んだら持ってきてくれました。部屋はアジアのホテルといった感じで、普通に虫は出るし、バスタブなども汚いです。他のホテルに比べて安いのでこんなもんかな。という感じですが。連泊しましたが、交換したシーツが山積みで部屋に置きっぱなしなっていました。

The Royal Hotel is very nice place to stay with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and excellent facilities. It is just a short walk from Novena MRT which makes it convenient for travelling to all parts of Singapore. The Hotel is really good value for money, compared to others in a similar price bracket and we are looking forward to our next stay in February, when we will be travelling back home to the UK.

On rge whole, the building was clean. Front desk staff were polite & friendly. However the hotel is old, room toilet was in a mess with cleaning work half done & aircon not working properly, quiet warm & not adjustable. I would notcwant to go back to this hotel again, will try newer holtels.

Receptionist in charge was very rude, as well as the person in charge during the breakfast buffet. Room service provided dirty and ripped bedsheets and towels, but the room service staff was very nice and tried their best. Hotel environment is very old, with mold in the bathroom and carpet is very smelly. Pool area is totally dirty. Location is nice as there is a mall 2 mins away. Overall, had a very bad experience in this hotel. Almost like a motel. Do not recommend for anyone to stay here.

Such a poor Wi-Fi connection…..
It is quite well maintained as an old hotel. People at the reception are very nice! However the Wi-Fi connection was so bad that it disconnected from time to time while watching the YouTube and having video calls. I got a latest MacBook Air but it still made me suffer - sooo inconvenient!

Restroom and shower room are old and dirty! Towers are too old need to be replaced by the new one! Bed linens are too old and not really clean! There is no coffee machine!

Lots of noise from airco switch to control temperature, all of sudden and in the middle of the night. Comes & goes.. told hotel but couldn’t fix it.

Location is nice, room is renovated. Check in was very slow, cafe reception staff attitude was not good. But cafe service staff were nice. Basically the building is very old and not very clean.

Super super old hotel. Recycled and dirty indoor slippers! Super noisy central air-con. Toiletries looks like for budget hotel. Not worth the price.

Hotel Royal only cares about money (not the guest)
Hotel Royal ... Not. The Desk Staff really don't have standards. They only care about money and not the guest. Expect to get told to get "get out" when it's close to time. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
