Rooms are small and tired as is bathroom. Location is good. No breakfast although lots of opportunities to eat locally. It too several hours, and several calls to reception, for a totally unnecessary extra bed to be removed from the room so I could use the desk. The aircon failed and needed repair on the floor; no information given. I will not be back.

Quiet location, Friendly and Professional Staff, near Train Station and Mall. I felt safe and secure, exceptionally clean and drinking water was provided. The Square Toilet was a HIT because it was so Comfortable! Water Pressure was exceptionally good and Hot Water was available. Check it was easy Staff recognized accomodated and delivered fast easy check in.

Old , room had stale smoke smell, television was faulty. Only its quite spacious, but condition of room is like 2 stars type. Prolly wont come back

Not a 3.5 star Hotel
This is not a hotel for Europeans as threre is no breakfast included and the attached restaurants are Asian and I could find nothing to eat on the menu. Ther are more fiendly places around the corner across the road. The room was not as show on the website being tiny with a column in the middle and nowhere to put suitcases other than on the floor to fall over. Bathroom OK other than only two towels provided and no small hand towels. Not much of a lobby or waiting area and no tourist maps. It's a bit out of town but it is a 20 minute walk to Chinatown and 10 minutes to closest train station.

Not the best hotel
First hotel room on 4th floor very noisy until 1.30am as there is a pub upstairs, also air con vent was dirty due to lack of opening windows made me quite sick. Called the hotel about the noise a few times until reached out next morning To hotels.com for a room change. Not much different, beds was very very firm so anyone with back aches or side sleepers stay clear. Unsure if this hotel is Actually 4 stars. Would not stay again.

Too small
Lovely hotel, very helpful staff...however room shows 205 sq ft, this is very misleading. The space is about 130 sq. Ft! Twin beds were 1 foot apart, no closet. Very small even for Singapore standards.

Great for value and business trip.
This is my second visit to this hotel. Mrt is located within within walking distance around 10 minutes. There are many great restaurants around the hotels. Staff are helpful and nice.

Room for improvement.
location is central, easily to move to city and nearby local places of interest. Room is neat but has ants crawling about on floor and table top. A lot of China PRs and very noisy in late evening and early morning, yapping loudly as they pass our room.

The in-room safe does not work. The shower, water closet and wash basin had plenty of stains. If you’re looking for the some value and don’t care about property amenities here is the place to be.

Great location and cozy hotel
Overall it was a cozy hotel. I would suggest to have more hook wall hangers in the bathroom and the room. Besides, suggest to have brick wall instead of half visible glass window as partition between bedroom and bathrooms, as the bathroom light is still bright if we turn it on during sleeping time.

Link should not have been rated as a 4 star hotel. It is more of a 3 star hotel. Price is high considering its condition and its location. Although our stay is comfortable, it lacks the atmosphere of a 4star hotel.

Had slightly above average expectation but it didn't turn out great. The air condition in my room wasn't working well and the technician couldn't figure out what was the issue, but luckily i was offered to change to another room. The new room was slightly larger, but in an okay state. You could tell that the hotel wasn't aging well and needed more work on its maintenance efforts. The thin walls was also a big downside for me, i could clearly hear an entire conversation from neighbouring room. Bed wasn't comfortable and again the air condition was not great. I checked-out from my hotel room at midnight (on my last day) as i could not bear staying in it any longer. I guess you do get what you pay for. On a positive note, carpark is free and there are plenty of eateries and a large mall nearby, to keep you entertain and away from your room. Overall it was a 'meh' experience.

Worst hotel I stayed in Singapore - all round
Check in desk was 2 very young lady. No service, rude. my passport was in my luggage. Young staff just said to me. Passport.passport 5 times. didn't really care the fact that I was getting it out of my bag to present to her.

Excellent location for food and public buses to many places in Singapore. MRT is short distance away. Nice and comfortable room, clean sheets and toilet. Definite hotel for return stay.
