good clean modern hotel, could be cheaper though
Great hotel experience although alot of guest didnt follow the rule and smoke inside the hotel room, i changes room and still find traces of smoke odor from the previous guest. The price could be lower, they give free minibar as their marketing strategy and up the room price.

Room was very small, and staff was not very friendly. Booked on hotels.com an it was stated that there was 2h late check out, but staff said there was no late check out. Latest check out will be 1pm only, when it should have been 2pm. Room was very cozy, but lights was flickering, changed one bulb, but another bulb started flickering. Room was smaller than expected, but cozy and nice design.

飯店隔音很差,很吵雜,服務人員服務怠慢,房間內沒吹風機,問了4次才有。 房間很小,對外沒風景。

Not worth the price
For that price is possible to find hotels in better locations and condition. Rooms are a bit small, manageable, but isn't clean. Walls needs paint and small insects such ants are part of the design I guess. Stuff is nice and helping.

Poor no air condition, very poor service, no good lights in room, bathroom shower water falls out everywhere, ants in room no safetylocks in room, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone room very small no ventilation. The local authority should close this Hotel.

Great Suite, but improvement for bedroom needed.
Great Suite. Good location. But more needs to be done regarding the bedroom. Saw others commented ants on bed and it's true. There were ants! Probably require curtain on the door too. Too bright during the day!

the room was advertised as the mini hot tub outdoors filled up with water, however to my dismay it was not even close to what was advertised. spent nearly an hour trying to fill it up, the stopper kept opening up and releasing water. the entire reason i booked the room was because of that mini hot tub but was not able to use it in the end

Bed infested with ants
Bed was infested with ants. Told the staff to change our sheets, she said that she will send her colleague to to check it out. Hours later when we returned, our bed was not touched at all. We ended up killing those ants ourselves.

Extremely bad experience
Room was not clean, jacuzzi was very dusty and dirty, carpet was filthy. Shower head was broken. Balcony lights were flickering. For a room of highest calibre, $450 a night, a proper housekeeping and maintenance should be done and checked prior to check in. Check in was nothing to mention about, just a usual routine with no interaction, which i did not really care about, even if other similiar boutique hotels have done better. Staffs are leaning and chatting in front of the only check in counter. Was really a very bad experience. Could not even be bothered to request or feedback the issues to be rectified as it would take at least a couple of hours even if remedies were rendered effectively, which i doubt so. I was from the hotel industry, and have rotated through all departments of a hotel as an associate management. And i am confident to say that i am familiar with hotels in singapore, be it international chains or local boutique hotels. There are much better boutique hotels out there in singapore, with pricing only 70% of Moon23 in the same category, with exactly the same in room facilities and size and they are well maintained and at the very least, clean. Perhaps managment are only interested in ROI and cant be bothered about proper maintenance and discipline of a property. Not going to stay back there again, and would not recommend to friends.

Nice room with weak aircon
Location is okay, very near to shopping centers. Room is also spacious but the problem is the weak air conditioning system. It is hot inside the room. Buffet breakfast is also nice.

Great location
A nice budget hotel. Still look new because is less than 3 years. Overall acceptable for the price. Location was fantastic for food and walking distant 5 to 10min to Mustafa, Bugis, Sim Lim Tower and Sim Lim Square.

Nicht empfehlenswert
Das Hotel liegt in einer schrecklichen Gegend, Little Indie ist glaube ich das schlechtesten und dreckigste Viertel in ganz Singapur. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist nur ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber, trotz Fenster aber ziemlich dunkel - ich glaube wir hatten Glück, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster hatten. Es sind sehr kleine Zimmer! Man kann sich gerade mal umdrehen, sich zu zweit in dem Zimmer zu bewegen wird dann schon zur Herausforderung. Das Team war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Favorite Hotel
It was the first trip to Singapore for me, and this hotel was the best choice because of the cleanliness & good access. It is located near the MRA station (Rochor), a walking distance from Mustafa centre & local restaurants. Only thing I concern was the ants from in-room sink. Some small ants was spotted on the desk, too. The staff was kind enough to keep my luggage after checkout. A new MRT station is under construction near the hotel, so it would be more useful.

Booked the 'Romantic Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub, City View'. I personally thought it was a tad too pricey, but I guess it's alright if you want to splurge once in awhile. Probably because it was a last minute booking & I assume I had the last room(?). Service was on the down side. Seemingly rude Front Desk Receptionist who did not know how to basically smile. This made me think it was a total waste having to pick this hotel, for the amount I paid for only 1 night. Breakfast was nothing special either. Then again, my partner & I enjoyed our stay in our room - luckily.

Feedback on the hotel.
Will not recommend, for this amount ($150+) i can go for somewhere else nicer. Slept halfway and the electricity went off. No hot water at all. Slow staff, called the front desk so many times no answer when i needed help. Waste of my time. Definitely no way that I will come back.

飯店人員很樂意幫助顧客,並且協助溝通確認水上飛機搭乘時間。我們住的房間在三樓,沒有電梯,但飯店人員會協助搬行李。美中不足的是,大開三樓的門後,先進入共用客廳,左邊有兩間房間,我們是其中一間。隔音效果並不好,所以如果有人在客廳聊天吃飯,是會影響到的。需要注意的是,早餐如果有提供瓶裝水,是需要收費的。

Never stay here...
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Why this place is rated at 3.5 I will never know.. whoever votes this higher than 1 is dillusional. Rude staff. Dirty and incredibly small rooms. Horrible bed. Unedible breakfast. Just an all round terrible experience. Not to mention the price at a 50% discount was still way too much for this place. I feel sorry for anyone who paid full price to stay here. Dont waste your time or money on this hotel.

住宿3晚的四人房,3晚的電視都不能看,一直反應還是無法修復,MINIBAR的飲料其中一瓶還是過期的,另一間4樓的的房間3天都沒有整理,非常不推薦

Overall stay was a nice staycation experience, just that got a short shock when Moon n Hotel.com did not connect up on my booking when I arrive for check in, but that was settled promptly by the staff

Compact and Central
24 hours front desk means I didn't have to worry about arriving late. I requested for a wake up call and I got the call right on time. Room was compact but well equipped with towels and hairdryer.

I LOVE THE BED & BREAKFAST!
Room is very clean. Bed is very comfortable as they are using duplex. Breakfast is simple yet delicious. Cafe area is extravaganza beautiful. Overall is good except the Front Desk Receptionist, she is slow in checkin us in. As the weather is hot that day and my wife is getting tired Appreciate if she would atleast gave us a smile so that atleast some professionalism is there.
