First time to Singapore so wasn’t sure about location, luckily the metro is a 4/5 min walk. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Lovely bar downstairs and a grocery store on the bottom floor.

Love the Breakfast Buffets and Room Service. I had the Breakfast Buffet added to my stay. I like to eat in leisure and not run around to find Breakfast. I was there during the Haze from Indonesia, so I limited my outings to business engagements only. I had room service most nights when I did not have to meet anyone. All in all, I was very impressed with the Hotel and staff.

The room was clean but quite outdated, especially the bathroom and shower, which definitely need renovating. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful! The hotel was extremely busy, especially the dining area, so it’s not ideal if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our three-night stay as the location was very convenient for exploring Singapore, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. The concierge and others were helpful in directing us to the MRT. This was an older hotel that was refurbished and a lot of new amenities added to the rooms and suites. We had some difficulty with the automated AI helper, which at first was comical but we were able to get some help for the hotel staff on how to ask the question and get a coherent response appropriate to our request. Location could not be better for catching the Bus or the MRT. Access to great shopping and eateries in the area, wonderful and safe location.

The rooms and property are fantastic and in a convenient location. Rooms are spacious and stocked with everything you need. Staff are helpful, but long lines cause huge wait times at check in, check out, and any other related reception or staff-requiring procedures even during off-peak hours.

We had a few room maintenance issues which were readily addressed by the hotel. Space in the room was good and bed was comfortable. The foyer, bar and restaurant are very nice, the supermarket next door was really handy, as was the Irish pub for watching F1 and World cup. Location was great for Orchard Road shopping.
