We have just returned from a 10-night stay at the Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments on Beach Road and can’t fault it in any respect. We were on the 15th floor overlooking the Arab Quarter with views of Arab Street, Haji Lane and the Sultan Mosque.
Our flight arrived in Singapore early in the morning so when we got to the hotel it was way in advance of our check-in time. The young man who checked us in was very professional, explained everything to us and said if the room became available earlier he would let us know. Well before our check-in time, the individual that had previously checked us in, came to find us, told us our room was available early and said he had taken out suitcases to the room for us. All in all, a great start to our holiday.
The apartment on the 14th floor was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. A fridge/freezer, kettle, washing/drying machine, iron/ironing board, cutlery, crockery, etc. The bathroom was well appointed with quality towels and plenty of shower gel, shampoo, handwash, etc. The cleaning staff came in daily (except Sundays) and always left the room looking spotlessly cleaned.
Every interaction we had with staff was always very friendly, helpful and always willing to give good advice. We found the location to be perfect for our needs, easy walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and close to a bus stop and two MRT stations.
